Like Bruce Jenner like Denrele Edun?

The Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards which held penultimate Saturday has left us many talking points. Apart from award hauls, the joy of victory and the agony of defeat, what is left with us, are the red carpet moments.

As usual, they come with different intentions, statements, emotions, attitudes, and by all means glamour and glitz that remain long after the event. Here are some moments that defined the evening.

Media personality Denrele Edun is known as a mischief-maker who would stop at nothing to pull
one practical joke or other.

He has been called many wacky names and instead of getting fazed by it, the lanky dude has actually reveled in it.

At AMVCA 2015 he nearly got people scurrying for cover when he arrived the scene looking like Ojuju Calabar in his gold net dress with a pair of leather pants underneath the dress and accessorized with a gold mask and a pair of gold boots.

The oddity of it all is that Denrele had his entire backline gaping out of the dress and there was nothing macho about it. In fact a back view of Denrele would have got some dudes thinking they have a damsel looking for trouble in view.

Or was he actually looking for trouble? Because all that could be seen of his masculinity was his feminine side screaming out to be heard.
